Libby was crowned America’s Fattest Teen. She even had to be ‘cut out’ of her own home. But what people don’t know is the reason for her obsession with food. That was roughly two years ago, now she is ready to come back, start high school and a major do over.
Jack is the man. Well, at least that’s what he wants everyone to think. Jack can’t remember faces. He can remember a person, just not how they look like. Imagine a room full of strangers, but those strangers being your loved ones, people you’ve known your entire life, but having to memorize their faces again, and again, every time they turn away.
When Libby and Jack cross paths in an altercation, they realize that in order to feel less alone, you have to have to be willing to share your secrets.
My Overall Rating:
I give this book a 9 ‘* / 10’*
This book was/is amazing. I enjoyed how their characters and personalities changed and grew throughout the plot.
There are a few things that I would change. Like maybe let her figure out who sent those letters or let her fulfill her dream. But I maybe the story would then not feel so damn amazing to read. I read this book in under 8 hours. And I started in the checkout line of the Hugendubel (german bookstore chain) that I bought it in. I have fallen in love with Jennifer Niven ever since I read All the Bright Places. I just love how she writes. This book makes me hyper at 2am in the morning, a time that I’m usually dead tired at. Every time I read one of her books, she changes the way I look at the world and more specifically that people inhabiting it. This book is a must read, if you like The Fault in Our Stars and All the Bright Places, or are simply a breathing, living human being that craves a love story.

I know, I haven’t blogged in a while. But I just wasn’t feeling it. But now I’m back and I have so many books to talk about.
Have a fantastic Week,
‘If you’re looking for the next The Fault in Our Stars, this is it’
Violet is devasted after her sister’s death. Then she meets Finch.
Violet learns to live from a boy who wants to die.
That is literally all you need to know, only that it’s even better than The Fault in Our Stars. If you don’t want to read a book about suicide and death, then you shouldn’t read this book.
But even with being about suicide and etc. it still has recently become one of my favorite books ever. It has also made me cry enough tears to water an entire field of crops in the texas summer heat. I admire the characters for what they managed to deal with. If I been in Violets (one of the main characters) position I would have handled it much worse. This book is practically perfect in every way (just like Mary Poppins), but also incredibly sad.
I am giving this book an 10’*/10’* unbelievable I know. 😉
This book is AMAZING from the first page to the acknowledgments. You really need to at least have tried it. I was very emotional afterwards and I strongly recommend to read this book in a comfortable environment.
ALSO, THIS HAS SUICIDE AND SELF-HARM. SO DON’T READ THIS IS YOU COULD BE TRIGGERED. IT ALSO HAS PHONE NUMBERS IN THE BACK IF YOU DO NEED ANY HELP OR ARE AFRAID FOR AS FRIENDS OR FAMILY MEMBER.

The past week has been very hard for Gwen. She has found out that she is a time traveler, that her family is part of some secret organization, that a creepy earl that has been dead for almost 200 years is out to get her, and that the guy she is time traveling with is a guy who’s looks are totally swoon-worthy. But the list doesn’t stop there, it goes on and on.
Gideon kissed her, what is she supposed to do now?
I love this series in general but this book in particular is not exactly my favorite because I just can’t deal with how Gideon and Gwen treat each other. There was a good amount of action, but the book was mostly about their relationship and Gwen finding things out and learning to deal with being a time traveler.
I give this book an 8.5’*/ 10’*
My favorite scene in this book is probably the chapters 4-10 because the story has already started and all the catching up is already done. but also because in this book you see how sassy Gwen can be and I just love that the books are written in her point of view because you see how Gideon’s presence affects her. You can really put yourself in her position since her thoughts are so detailed and her struggle for words we have probably all have had in the presence of our crush.

Lots of Love,
Lara Jean is confused, her feelings are all over the place. She thought that their relationship would last, but apparently fate had different plans. Peter still picks up Kitty every day to give her a ride to school. It seems that now that they broke up Peter keeps on popping up in her life and just makes it so much harder to get over him. Worst of all is that it seems that him and Gen are back together.
I loved the first book and I love the second one. But what ripped my heart was that they broke up. I was crying all night long. Still don’t really know what made me so emotional over this book but it just happened. The ending of the book did turn out rather good, just be prepared to want to murder the Author.
Lara Jean is not my favorite character and in my opinion she sometimes reacts extremely weird. I mean she was obsessing over Gen. I get that this was her first relationship, but enough is enough. To say the least, I was totally on Peter’s side there. But I mean if my relationship was based on what their’s was, I might have reacted similar.

2nd Book for To All the boys I’ve loved before
I have read so many books but haven’t posted them yet. So I’ll be updating like 20 or so books in the next few days.
lots of love,
Lara Jean is a good girl. she gets good grades, doesn’t go to parties, doesn’t get drunk, but writes love letters as a form of saying goodbye to her past lovers. the twist… she never sends them, she keeps them in a shoe box her past away mother gave her as a present. But when some anonymous sends out the letters to the guys she addressed them too, her life gets turned upside down, faster than she can blink and slowly but surly she begins to realise that maybe she should stop over thinking for just one sec.
(strong) My Opinion: (/strong)
I really liked this book. but Lara Jean kept on getting into situation that i can’t relate too… but i constantly felt like she was undeveloped for her age. I mean she’s seventeen, she hasn’t been drunk yet. NOT ONCE!!!! And then she’s never had a boyfriend, not even a one week middle school relationship… It just kinda started to make me think of who I would be at the age of seventeen… But I also can’t really imagine myself in her place, since I haven’t lost my mother and she has. I don’t know, it’s just that this character was too good, like her was to inside-the-box for me. I loved her, but I could never be her or really relate to her. That’s just who I am. What I did not like about this book was the ending… I mean come on you could at least written the rest if the letter, but then again it wouldn’t be such a cliffhanger and you wouldn’t throw the book across the room like me, because you’re so frustrated that you didn’t buy the second book. But then again, I can be very temperamental. I really recommend to only buy this book with the second one, because otherwise you’ll only lose important and scare time that you can’t bear to lose. Anyway….
I give this book a 8 / 10 ‘* because yes I liked it very much I just love/hated Peter and Jake-whats-his-face…
This was a very important book for me to read, since one of my best friends wouldn’t shut up about it and because a. i really liked the title and b. the cover is just… WOW.
Ok so… I’m typing this from said friends’ computer. I really love her to death. Moving on.. I’ll try to read the next book ( PS. I still Love You) asap. I promise.

Liv is back from winter break and the demon hasn´t shown up at all. Liv´s life seems perfect right up to the moment, when her boyfriend starts acting weirdly and keeping secrets from her. So Liv decides to stalk him, what she finds is not really what she was expecting. Grayson´s and Florence´s birthday party is upon the doorstep and Liv finds herself in a chaos, that she once called her family.
This is probably my favourite book of the trilogy, because it shows that once again that friendships, relationship and family’s aren´t only rainbows and unicorns, but hard work and that it takes a lot of nerves to make them into the ones that you want them to be.
What I probably like most about this book, is that there is sence that in any other book would be ridiculous or just wouldn´t exist, but in this book or more this writer always nails them and I always have to laugh my ass off. I want to thank the author for making the intro and the authors note at the end of the book not boring and on top of that adding some really nice recipes.
I give this book 9.5 / 10 *
This book was by far the best one I have read in a while. I enjoyed the fact that yes, it is indeed a love story but it doesn´t center around the two love birds. Besides that I also really like that the blog of Secrecy keeps going, and that about every chapter there are blog posts about the school and characters.
I have this new thing that I am doing. I take my computer everywhere I go and whenever I have time, I type a review on a book that I have read. Resulting in me having reviews almost every day. I’m so proud of that. ( I don’t know why…)
Bye, bye my lovelies!!!
See you next time..
Liv Silber is new in town. She moved to London because her mother has finally decided to settle down with her new boyfriend and his two children. Liv soon discovers that living in London with a new family and new problems is not exactly what she had expected, on top of that there are these two tiny problems. One, Liv´s dreams seem a tad bit more real then the normal every day-dream. Two, this really cute boy seems to not be able to stop staring at her.
Will what happens in their dreams stay in their dreams or will it follow them into the real world? Will things unknown be discovered or will Liv keep searching in the wrong places and asking the wrong questions?
I really enjoyed reading this book, even though I didn´t think I would enjoy it, when a friend of mine recommend it to me. This book is a great book to read if you have already read other books by Kerstin Gier, but also if you haven´t. What I also like about this book is that there is a certain mystery to who the bad guy is. In the beginning it is crystal clear but the further you read the more those lines blend. When I started reading this book I really want to read something else from Kerstin Gier, because I had just finished the Ruby Red stories and I was fascinated by her. Turns out that Kerstin Gier has published over 20 different books. So I picked her recent one and bought it. Anyway, as soon as I started reading I fell completely in love with the characters, since you or more I am able to easily relate to the characters, but I loved one the most. Henry Harper. That character surprised me the most I think. At first I though he was just gonna be your typical bad boy, who has a rocky past and a few secrets. But I started to relieve that he is so much more than that. Yes, he may be all those things that I listed above, but he also has an adorable little sister who you just immediately start to get jealous of, then you have those startling gray eyes. OMG. I think if Henry Harper was real, I would be his number one crazy fan girl.
I give this book a 9.5/10*, because the characters might not be that original, but the story itself and the end are very surprising. I really hope that this book or more the trilogy comes and visits us on the big screen.

Bye, bye for now…
Lily has left a red notebook full of dares at her favorite bookstore, now all she is waiting for, is that her prince charming will find the notebook and accept the dares along the way to come find her. Dash is the first person to find the notebook, could he be her prince charming? And when they finally do meet, will Lily and Dash connect or do they turn out to be two totally different people than the ones that fill the pages of the red notebook?
I really liked this book. It has the right amount of witty comebacks and cute family moments to crack you up and wish you had a family like that, but it also makes you think what would happen if your life was not perfect. Like what your life would look like, if you had a lot less than you have now?
I give this book 8’* from 10’* Not because I didn’t like it, but because it wasn’t such a story where you HAVE to keep reading. It wasn’t a binding story, you could put away the book for a while and start reading it again a few months later.

Lots of Love,
Tessa has been bullied for most of her life, by a lot of different people. The most recent one being her former best friends. Nicole the former best friends is not only tormenting her for all of her high school life, but is also dating her crush Jason Stone. When Cole Stone, Jason’s older adoptive brother comes back into town, Tessa is about to break down. Cole has been her personal devil ever since they were children, he would pull pranks on her and most of them ending, in her being shipped off to the emergence room. But something is different about him, when he comes back. Granted he has been in military boarding school for the past four years, but that can’t change a person that much, can it?
My Opinion: I thought that this book would be a total cliché to be honest. But there were things that came totally unexpected. I’m personally really happy with my life now, so I was shocked when I read how a former best friends would treat her ex-best friend, out of jealousy without thinking about it twice. I think it’s important to write about bullying, but this seriously shocked me, I don’t really know why though. I absolutely love how she names her chapters, it’s so funny. The book is worth reading just to read the names of the chapters.
I give this book a 8/10
The plot line is great, just the details are a bit foggy and the story is a bit too dramatic, but that’s just me. This is a love story so there’s bound to be drama, I just kinda think you over did it a bit.

The Bad Boy’s Girl
It’s the first book in a series, but I kinda don’t want to read the series, since most of the time when there is a series of a love story, they break up at some point and I don’t want that to happen to them. But like always it’s up to you.

Here’s the promised update. I’m having a blast this year, so far. Even though the guy I like(d) has a new girlfriend now. So what!!! I don’t need a boyfriend, I have amazing friends!!!! My theme this week is “what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger”
Have fun reading Guys!!!!!
lots of Love,
When Nicole leaves her Grandma to go off to college, she doesn’t expect her Roommate to be a guy, nor to see her Ex-boyfriend again, but everything happens for a reason and on top of all that her Roommate is extremely handsome and he’s very aware of her feelings toward him.
My Opinion: I really liked this book, not because I’m lately obsessing about Teen Romance, but because this is genuinely a good book. The main character is exactly like me, so I immediately felt connected. This might not be the case for you, but just keep in mind to give this book a chance and Not Judge a Book by its Cover. I basically fell in love with Nicole’s Best Friends, they are amazing. What i liked most about this book, is that it moved at a steady pace. Maybe even a little bit too fast, but I’m guessing that if the plotline moved a bit slower the book wouldn’t be that interesting.
Overall Rating: I give this book a 9/10 The characters are great, but the situation that they end up in are sometimes too awkward for my taste.
